In this assignment I learned how to enhance a photo, using layers and the dodge and burn tool to emphasize and take a regular photo and make it more dramatic. I used the dodge and burn tool to darken and lighten certain area's of the photo, hence the darkened sky and lightened areas on the ground. Notice the windmills?

Okay, you have completed the assignment. Even though the image is good, i think the meaning was to emphasize the sky and rainbow, where as in your image,everything is blended together. Just something to think about...
